Old Red Tractor in an overgrown field. Flowers and weeds are beginning to grow around and over the tractor. This was between hwy 1 and 101 along the side of the road in Central California. The print is of the original water media painting.
The image in this print is 6" by 6". There is a little over half inch border around the image. The edge is deckle after printing so varies a bit with each print. Each print is hand signed by the artists. Each print is numbered but is not a limited edition. Number may not be the same number as in main image - that print may have sold. The best way to show this print is to float the print and not mat the print. Floating the print will allow the edge to show. The print is shipped with a stiff backing.

A design that reminds me of necklaces seen in old westerns.

This necklace is made of Turquoise nuggets and round Crazy Lace Agate. The agate is capped with silver toned bead caps. Black glass beads blend at either side of the cross as well as ending the piece at the clasp.

This necklace measures approx. 16 3/4 inches in length. The cross itself measures approx. 1 1/2 inches in width and a drop of approx. 2 inches. This piece is finished off with a silver toned toggle clasp.

Inspiration / Story behind this Product:

I remember watching westerns all the time growing up and one thing that has always stuck in my mind was the look of the crosses and the "Spanish style" of the necklaces. I always thought they had the feel of the Old West and I tried to convey that through this piece.

Simply break off one or two wax cubes and place them on top of a tart burner (tarts can also be melted on a candle warmer if you put them on an appropriate, heat-resistant container). The pendant is a tree of life growing within a black lip shell frame. The wire is copper and the "leaves" are citrine, peridot, quartz and amethyst. The cord is made by hand-braiding satin cord using the Japanese technique called Kumihimo. This piece has an organic, woodsy feel created by the green, rust, gold and black braid.


The cord is finished with handmade copper coils and a swan hook clasp. The copper will eventually patina to a warm brown tone.
